UWT Schwinggabelsonde „Vibrasil“ – Füllstandgrenzschalter für Kieselsäure. Besondere Anforderungen an die Empfindlichkeit der Messtechnik stellt die Füllstandmessung in Kieselsäure, deren Verhalten, sprich ihre Schüttgutdichte, sich bei Gebindeentleerung, Dosierung, innerbetrieblicher Förderung, etc. ganz erheblich ändern kann. Kieselsäure kommt unter verschiedenen Bezeichnungen in alltäglichen Stoffen zur Anwendung: In Kunst- und Klebstoffen zur Verdickung, in Farben und Lacken als Korrosionsschutz, in Pharmazie und Kosmetik als Fließregulierungsmittel, in Waschmitteln als Entschäumer, um nur ein paar Beispiele zu nennen. Kieselsäure hat im Ruhezustand eine Dichte zwischen 30 und 150g/l, fluidisiert hingegen gleicht das Material nur noch einer brodelnden Wolke. UWT hat eine Elektronik entwickelt, die trotz der äußerst geringen Dämpfung am Ausleger der Schwinggabel auch unter diesen erschwerten Umständen den Schaltpunkt sicher erkennt und verzögerungsfrei ein Grenzstandsignal abgibt. Die Sonde kann - je nach Anwendung als Voll-, Bedarfs- oder Leermelder in Silos sowie auch in kleinen Zwischenbehältern eingesetzt werden. Zur Auswahl stehen die beiden Modelle Vibrasil70 und Vibrasil90 aus der bewährten VIBRANIVO-Modellreihe. Vibrasil70 zeichnet sich gegenüber Vibrasil90 durch noch höhere Sensibiltät aus und eignet sich somit für Anwendungen, in denen der Luftanteil in der Kieselsäure sehr hoch ist, z.B. zur Durchflussüberwachung in Förderleitungen oder als Vollmelder in sehr kleinen Behältern einer Förderstrecke. Je nach Einsatzbereich sind beide Vibrasil l-Modelle von UWT auch mit PFA-beschichtetem Ausleger erhältlich. We had to speed this video up. At 4x speed, the DSI Snake Sandwich Conveyor shiploader glides along the dock, but it's a hard beast to control, especially for a new driver! Australia’s first Snake Ship Loader elevates a variety of high value ores from trucks to ship. Materials for export are trucked to the dock and dumped onto a special trap loader type feeder. The ore is fed continuously and uniformly onto the mobile snake’s receiving chute. The Snake Ship Loader elevates the bulk over the ship’s deck to the hatch where it is discharged into the ship’s hold. At the Snake’s discharge, a special telescoping chute, with rotating, pivoting spoon, facilitates even and complete filling of the holds. The mobile Snake is carried on a tripod of twin motorized rubber tires. Each set of twin tires is mounted at a vertical kingpin and can rotate 360 degrees about that vertical axis. Thus, without repositioning, the Snake can set up to travel in any direction. With the tail tires fixed, the front tires can be oriented and traveled for a slewing motion. The DSI Snake Shiploader elevates a variety of ores almost 22m (71.5ft) at rates to 1000 t/h (1102 STPH). The two 1200mm (48in) belts run at speeds up to 2 m/s (394 FPM), and are powered by two 55kW (74 HP) motors. The new APEX screener comes standard with the same great features found on the ROTEX® Screener: gyratory-reciprocating motion, positive screen cleaning, and bouncing balls to reduce blinding, inlet/outlet connections, etc. However, the APEX is enhanced with side access doors to enable efficient screen cleaning, and changes. The ergonomic design of the APEX enables the screener to be maintained by just one person, as all operator lifted components on the APEX weigh less than 20 kg. In addition, APEX screens weigh only 2.5 kg, which enable screen maintenance by only one person. Screens are available in sizes ranging from 12.7mm to 0.044mm. Top cover inspection ports allow for easy seal inspection from outside the machine. Discharge outlets on the tail end of the machine are easily accessible for inspection. The unique gyratory-reciprocating motion begins with a horizontal circular motion at the feed end that immediately spreads the material across the full width of the screen. The circular motion gradually diminishes along the length of the machine to an elliptical path, and finally to an approximate straight-line motion at the discharge end. This motion allows the machine to process material at a higher capacity and improves screening performance for near-size material. There is no vertical component to this motion – thus keeping the material in constant contact with the screen surface.
